User Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and intended functionality.

Before exporting files or using Notebook, you must sign in. Both sign-in and registration are completed with an email verification code. An email that is not yet registered is registered and signed in once the verification code is validated.

Regular users may successfully export 10 times in total per account for the lifetime of the account. Reinstalling the Extension, switching devices, or signing in again does not reset that count. Members may export without a count limit during the membership period. Single export, batch export, and current-note export each count as 1. Full Notebook backup does not count against the quota, but still requires you to be signed in. Unsuccessful exports do not count. Quota and membership status are as recorded on our servers at the time.

You may subscribe to or renew membership inside the Extension by scanning a WeChat Pay QR code. Amount due, duration, and benefits are as returned by our servers and shown in the Extension at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by WeChat Pay, and you must also comply with its rules.

You should keep the email used to receive verification codes secure. You may not provide your account to others to evade quota limits, or use technical means to bypass sign-in or counting.

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Violate laws or regulations, infringe others' rights, or evade regulatory requirements.
• Export, copy, or distribute content that does not belong to you without authorization.
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Extension, webpages, or related services.
• Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass restrictions (except where explicitly permitted by law).

You are solely responsible for any risks and liabilities arising from the content you export, save, or distribute.

The Extension runs on the DeepSeek conversation page and may link to the extension store, feedback entry, and product promotion pages. When exporting images it loads formula styles from a third-party CDN. Membership checkout uses WeChat Pay. These services are provided independently by their operators, and you must also comply with their terms and policies.

All intellectual property rights in the Extension and related code, UI, documentation, and marks belong to the rights holders. Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, you may not copy, relicense, commercially use, or use them in a confusing manner.

To the extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• Error-free, uninterrupted, or absolutely secure operation.
• Ongoing compatibility with all browser versions or page structures.
• That any export result will be fully identical to third-party page rendering.

Export results may be affected by page updates, network conditions, fonts, and browser limitations. Quota confirmation and payment settlement depend on the network and our servers and may be delayed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Where law allows a cap on total liability, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Extension; if your use is free, that cap is 0.

We may revise this Agreement due to feature updates, compliance requirements, or security reasons. The updated version takes effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Extension means you accept the updated terms.

You may sign out, stop using, and uninstall the Extension at any time. Signing out clears local sign-in credentials and ends the current session. After uninstall, data saved by the Extension on this device may be cleared by the browser. If you violate this Agreement, or the account cannot be used, we may restrict or terminate your license to use the Extension.
